I am a GS parent. We lost our Son our Marine on Dec 23,2002. He was 21yrs old and a great Marine. He graduated boot camp on Nov. 3,2000 Plt 3091 3rd Batt. He married his High School Sweet heart on sept. 28,2001 who also became a Marine. She graduated boot on sept.. 21,2001. She is still in the Marines and is a Drill Instructor.We miss him so much. I pray for each of u that u never have to go thru this type of Pain. It is a Parents worst nightmare. I stay busy crocheting, cooking & traveling. Been down to Parris Island 6 times for graduations. We support others from this area that we know. Semper Fi

    I am so sorry about your son. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. It is so sweet of you to give support to the loved ones of these recuits during basic training. Only someone that has gone through it can understand what it is like. God bless you!

    usmcmom I once again had no clue on your son i do apologize for that. What is that saying open mouth insert foot. May i ask how he passed. I give you all the courage in the world. I could never dell with that.I joke with my kids and tell them you ar supposed to bury me not the other way around. I dont know if I should be speaking in this nature I am sorry.

    Debbie i am so very sorry for you and your family. No one and i mean no one should ever have to go through what u are alone. You are in the best place for lots of support and love. If there was anything in the world i could do for you and yours i would....please dont ever feel alone as long as u have this great big loving family behind u!!!
